Founder & Principal Broker
Matt is an A320 Captain, Certified Flight Instructor, and entrepreneur with a lifelong passion for aviation. As the Founder and Principal Broker of Avail Aircraft Brokers, he leads all client engagements—from initial consultations to final closings. With firsthand flight experience and a strong commitment to safety, transparency, and results, Matthew built Avail to serve aircraft owners and buyers with the level of insight and integrity they deserve.

Mollie oversees all marketing, analytics, and strategic initiatives at Avail Aircraft Brokers—bringing an analytical approach to helping clients sell their aircraft faster and more effectively. With deep experience in market research, digital strategy, and data analysis, she ensures each listing is positioned to reach the right buyers with maximum impact. In addition to her role at Avail, Mollie serves as the Marketing Analytics and Strategy Lead at Cornell University, where she helps shape national best practices in strategic communications. Her unique blend of academic leadership and marketing expertise drives Avail’s commitment to clear, compelling, and client-centered marketing.
David Fangue, ATP-CFI
Advisory Broker - Aircraft Ownership and Operation
Dave, a B787 Captain and CFI, brings decades of real-world experience as a seasoned pilot and aircraft owner to the Avail team. In his role as Advisory Broker, he offers clients valuable guidance on the practical aspects of ownership, operations, and maintenance. His deep operational knowledge and hands-on insight help ensure each transaction is backed by sound judgment and real-world perspective—supporting smarter, safer decisions for buyers and sellers alike.
